In-Home Design Consultation* - $145
We will come to your home for a 60-90 minute consultation about your space. During this time we will discuss your project and your style, give you ideas for how to improve your space, and help you come up with a general approach to get you started.
*We will follow CDC guidelines for masking and social distancing for all in-person meetings.
Virtual Design Consultation - $75
Show us your home via a 60 minute Zoom or FaceTime session. We can discuss your project, your style, and give you some ideas to improve your space. This service is available when an In-Home Design Consultation is not possible.
Home Buyer's Design Consultation* - $165
We will come with you to look at your potential new home for a consultation up to 2 hours. This is a great service to use before putting an offer on a home, or during your inspection period. We will help you see the design potential in a home you are considering purchasing, taking into consideration your design style, how you would like to use the space once you move in, available lighting, etc. We'll suggest changes to colors, lighting, furniture placement, room usage, and the potential for both low budget improvements and major renovations that you could do now or in the future. This service is great if you are on the fence about a home and need some help seeing the full potential it may have.

Hourly Design Services - $65/hour*
This service would apply if you need help with something not covered by a typical Design concept. Examples of this include (but are not limited to) -

Selection of finishes using live samples, such as tile, flooring, etc.

Design of a gallery wall, custom shelving, custom furniture or cabinetry, etc. or any additional design drawings.

Selections for lighting, artwork, one-off furniture pieces, or other individual elements in areas of your house not requiring a full Design presentation.

Revisions to, or additional options for, elements included in your Design concept board.

Help coordinating design elements with your contractors.
*This service is billed in 15-minute increments.
Complete Residential Design Service* - fee determined per project
A complete design service may include a measurement of your space, design schemes to illustrate your specific project goals and style preferences, complete construction documents and specifications for your contractor to use during construction,** a complete plan for furniture/art/accessories placement (as required by your project), and a quote for the purchasing of all new furniture/art/accessories through Common Room Interiors LLC.*** Prices per room are determined by size and complexity of the project. Doing multiple rooms at once can be even more cost effective and save you time! Please contact us with a description of your project and your contact info, and we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible. We'd love to work with you!
*This service requires an In-Home Design Consultation to get started.
**We are not licensed architects, and are not able to provide any architectural services. Any structural changes or engineering needs will need to be evaluated by a licensed architect or engineer.
***We charge MSRP for all home goods, plus actual shipping costs billed by our vendors (if applicable). You may also choose to do all of your own purchasing using your own resources if you would like to.
